Looking for 1-2 people with following requirements: Need PHP developer with minimum 5 years of experience in LAMP technologies. Proven experience and deep knowledge of building scalable websites using: 1. Object oriented PHP. 2. MySQL database 5.0 or above (including advanced queries and performance tuning). 3. Advanced HTML (v5) and Javascript frameworks like jQuery. Knowledge of advanced CSS. 4. Preferred: Knowledge of PHP Framework codeIgniter. 5. Understand usage of HTML 5 to create mobile friendly websites. 6. SEO 7. Mobile app dev in android and iOS Responsibilities 1. Write “clean”, well designed code using PHP (v5+) 2. Develop and maintain a mySQL Database (v5+) 3. Create application design that is highly scalable and implements security best practices 4. Document the specifications 5. Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality 6. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle 7. Follow industry best practices 8. Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary Requirements 5+ years of web application development experience in PHP and mySQL Understanding of open source projects like Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Wikis, osCommerce, etc Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services (including mySQL as an essential) Passion or best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas Knowledge and experience on UI design using Photoshop and Dreamweaver will be a plus
