I have an existing script that takes a CSV file and populates a MySQL Database perfectly. What I want is a simple modification to the PHP file that will trigger a simple Yes No option in the database based on an ID number in the CSV File.
What I mean is this, when I run the PHP file, it opens up the CSV file, takes all of the columns and based on a simple array, it loads the data into the MySQL DB. That works just fine.
I've encountered the need to set a yes no option which I'm having an issue figuring out.
Also, if its possible, the colums have titles, meaning;
ID, Name, City, STATE, County, Address, Details
I'd like the script to SKIP the first row so I dont have to delete it from the DB each time. Currently it runs down row by row and simply loads the data. But it also loads the first row which has the column headers and I'd like to have that removed.
