PHP/MySql website programing-2

Hello! We are looking for a good php programer (or team) to continue the development on one of our project (please see the attached doc). Our programers are very busy and we need this project to be done asap. You will have their assistence. We are very interested also for a long term cooperation. This site is mainly a clone of [login to view URL] post topics which are debated by the rest of the [login to view URL] users can vote the topics,and add comments to them. The web design it is done, also some parts of programing modules. The budget: $300 - $400, so please do not bid over! You must to be ready to start asap. This is only a php programing project, no webdesign require. The project is very time sensitive, so please bid only if you have the skils and the resources to be done in max 7 - 10 days. Also, we need your support for fixings the bugs find on your codes after the project will be done. Daily reports and continue communcations with our program manager, via Y! IM are require. For payment, we will use only GAF system - we will split the amount in 2 or 3 modules and will make the 1th escrow deposit up to the end of the next day we see you have started the work and you have the skills to be done in timeframe and quality terms (our programers will check your work) and it will be realese only after the project will be done and bugs free.
