PHP Nuke Web Setup

This is for a small personal website. I've already purchased an Unlimited hosting package and uploaded the files for php and got it some what working. I dont know how to edit/add pages, upload new themes, etc. Probably simple tasks for someone who knows what they're doing. I would like the help of someone by showing me websites to go for themes/templates/skins(free or for sale... doesnt matter). Ive found one theme I liked, but would like to see some more before I make a final decision. Once I've made a decision on a theme. I would like it applied to the site and have some blank pages added so I may edit them later. A shout box added on front page. Setup forum to where all I have to do is add topics/catagories. Some of the themes I've seen require software. Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe GoLive or Microsoft Frontpage 2003; Macromedia Flash MX+;
