Email sending script that checks the emails validation before sending the emails.
After checking email get store in database for good and bad table.
If the email exist the system will send a message and get the email from that database.
Email must be send in a random time.
system need to send email with php script are with SMP
The system needs to have the option to upload csv,exel files in to the database.

The system need to have a report statistic who open the emails.
In every email the system need to create a random link with 1x1 pixel with a link that point
to the database for counting who open the email.
The database will count who open the email.
