We are looking for a professional php developer to fix a few small issues we are currently having with our site and to build a future working relationship with for future work.
The issues we are currently having are that our web hosting site has recently changed their version of php from v4.x.x something to version 5.2.6 and this has messed up some of our coding in our admin section of our site as follows:
• Our main problem is we use phpMyBackupPro to perform automated scheduled backups and these were working fine, sending the backup via email to an email address, but since the change these have stopped working. It says the scheduled backups are working, but they are empty, if I manually do a backup it is also empty. Looking at the Database Info (from within phpMyBackupPro) it shows the correct database and the mysql information and tables are correct.
• On our main members page (in our admin area) it is coming up with the following message under the registration date:
Warning: mktime() expects parameter 1 to be long, string given in /home/user/public_html/include/[url removed, login to view] on line 134
14/09/2008 10:00 am
• On another page when trying to see a member’s transaction details it gives the following message:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';' in /home/user/public_html/admin/[url removed, login to view] on line 150
From my understanding this should be a reasonably easy fix, but I don’t know php very well and so can not fix it myself, hence why we are also looking for someone who we can also work with in the future.
If you can provide some references and your rates for future work you will be considered.
