phpBB Auto Install

I need a script that will automatically install phpBB forums ([url removed, login to view]) to a directory a user registers for. It will create a MySQL database, install the script, and create an administrative username and password the user specifies in a php form. I am open to suggestions on alternative ways to do this. It has to be user-friendly, and simple. An account overview of each install would also be needed to track inactive forums as this will be offered as a free service. This can be done through php scripts. I have cPanel, Fantastico, and SSH/Shell access to help if needed.
