Plugin on Google Forms

I need a freelancer to create a plugin on Google Forms/Spreadsheets with the follow features:
1) user inserts the data in the form.
2) user receives an email with the content of an interval in other tab of the spreedsheet that receives the information of the form.
Note: the interval will receive some data of the form to send.
