Plugin wordpress Atualização de IP *Simples*

Olá,

preciso criar um plugin para wordpress/woocommerce para atualizar um Registro/IP

no banco de dados via API de um sistema externo, porem é bem simples

pois esse sistema possui uma API json que realiza as ações direto na URL.

Exemplo da URL:

Adicionar:

[login to view URL]<IP>

Remover:

[login to view URL]<IP>

aonde tem o <IP> seria exemplo [login to view URL]

ao executar o comando no navegador, como na url ja tem o usuario e senha da API

ele já adiciona ou remove o IP la no banco de dados conforme o link.

Então preciso criar um campo la no Woocommerce aonde o cliente

insira o IP de autenticação no momento do pedido e esse IP fique no banco de dados.

E lá no painel do cliente no woocommerce, tenha a opção TROCAR IP. no qual apareça o IP antigo e um Campo LIBERAR IP

para ele inserir o IP novo para autenticação, ao clicar em confirmar,

ele remove o IP antigo do banco de dados e já adiciona o novo.

Acredito que seja algo simples pois é basicamente um formulário com as duas URL com os IPs no final e ao clicar em confirmar ele executa a URL/API.

Alguém consegue fazer isso?
