I have a survey form that contains 3 radio buttons for 3 different values, I need a PHP script that:
1) Gets a unique identification of the user submitting the survey form and make sure that this user didn't submit the survey before
2) Gets the value that the user has chosen and saves it in a file
3) When another user submits the survey, the script will do the above two steps again in a way that each time it increments the values stored in the file
Another script or another function in the script can be called to give me the total sum of each of the 3 values
