Problem with Database - URGENT

The problem is that when creating an account, when you add a phone number, there is a 2148732987 or whatever number that comes up, it’s not correct and you can’t seem to change it by even deleting the account and re-registering. I don’t know if it’s hardcoded somewhere, but I can’t seem to fix it. I need people to be able to enter whatever their phone number is. The person who can do this will have approximately 4 hours to complete this problem. If it cannot be done any sooner, you will not be paid and I’ll find someone who can do it. Serious bids only!!!!
