I have built the entire site with exception of connection the form info to pHp and building the MySQL DB.
2 functions for users:
Users must Sign-up (5 fields). Profile is created and stored.
Once the user gets a user/pass, they can login and fill out a quote form. The quote form is emailed and stored in MySQL.
2 Functions for admin:
Admin can login and download database as CVS or XML or Access.
View/Sort data online-
Admin can view/sort profiles by date/name. They can view/sort quotes by date/user.
That's it! I've got a word doc that describes data fields and records... Budget is $400 max.
