Hi,
I have a couple of spreadsheets I use to calculate a number of different items to work out it if a rental property is a good deal or if a property is better to do up and sell.
I want to turn these into an app\website that is able to be sold with users being able to
* create an account
* purchase a yearly subscription
* save their calculations for different properties
* Take pictures to store against each property if they choose.
Must be a modern interface and be able to be used on all platforms or via a web browser. I'm thinking HTML 5.
Ideally built on a platform that is easy to administer so that calculations can easily be updated by administrators as laws etc change. Happy to look at no\low code platforms for rapid development.
I am wanting to work with someone who is familiar with agile development, can wireframe concepts quickly and produce MVP's using user stories as a guide for requirements.
