We need someone to help us create a quick web based client management system for our small business. We are getting to the point where Excel is too cumbersome.
Our Database Needs to Track The Following:
Client Name, Address, Email, Phone, Mailing Address, City, State, Zip, Country, Account Rep, and Referral Source
Also we need users who are admins, and account reps.
Each account rep manages clients that are assigned to them by admin.
Also we need to be able to attach files to a client record like scanned documents and contracts. Each file needs to have a description, date and time stamp.
Also we need to track changes and updates to client records and time stamp it.
We also need to have a checklist for each client file that shows where their account is in the process of being setup. These items will need to be checked upon completion along with any notes and a time stamp.
We also want to track incoming, outgoing calls to clients by reps, as well emails.
That should be it. This will be a long term contract as we add features.
We need this software ASAP!!!!!!
