We are looking at building a Database for our Administration of a Real Estate Agency. Our Agency operates with different structures than the normal offices and as such the Property Management options out there is not working for us. We have already looked at several options provided specifically for real estate but nothing fits our requirements. Ragic looks like it is the best option as it can do most of what we require.
We require a system that keeps track of all the sales and rentals done and connects the information to external users who can see their data only. The system should also be able to track some expenses on all the transactions and create a sheet that can be imported at my bank for payments. We also want to integrate a email system whereby clients can be emailed and notified when to pay rent etc. Ragic makes it easier for implementing small changes once the system is up and running that is also why we are looking at a system like that instead of building our own as most of what we want can already be done by Ragic.
We would also look at any other options and advice that is provided to us by freelancers.
