Real Estate Integration

Project description: I have a php based youtube clone that I want to modify it with an emphasis on real estate. The clone currently allows the creation of memberships that allow the uploading and managing of videos. Php is the main language and where possible, I would like to keep the new addons as separate files (php, tpl or html)so that any updates to the original software can be performed with fear of deleting new functions. I would like to these real estate functions added to the site: Client side - Additional Video info: the user needs to be able to input/edit basic real estate information with each new video listing uploaded. - Client needs to be able to choose from either a Residential Listing or Commercial listing. Residential and Commercial listing information is different and should be on separate forms to simplify input and minimize unnecessary information when listing is viewed by visitors. - New listing information should include (but not limited to): country, state/providence, city & zip – allowing the visitor to narrow down the geographical area in Searches. See residentialsearch & commercialsearch attachments for example of basic information required on each particular form. Visitor View: - real estate information needs to be added to the [login to view URL] page so that the information is listed below the video player. Search Capabilities - Simple Search: Property Id# on main page - Top nav. Search button includes drop down menu choices: Property Id # Residential Commercial Again, since residential and commercial information is different, separate advance search pages would be needed for both. When a visitor chooses Residential, they are taken to a ‘Residential Advance Search’ page (see residentialsearch attatchment). When a visitor chooses Commercial, they would be taken to a ‘Commercial Advance Search’ page (see commercialserach attachment). Both should have ‘Search Keyword or Tag’. Admin Backend: - All admin functions will need to be updated to allow access to all the new client side information.
