Should be able to log-in with email and password
When posting a listing, they need to fill out listing criteria:
State
City
Residential or Commercial
For Residential:
Bedrooms
Rent
Description
Contact information
Post up to 6 pictures
Can also ad banner advertisement (based on impressions)
For commercial:
Type of commercial property
Poster should be able to post multiple listings
Viewer:
Should be able to search listings by state, city, residential or commercial, bedrooms and/or rent
Site Structure:
Search criteria on left side.
City should be typed in by rental Poster and not a drop down menu like states.
Recently added properties towards the bottom half of page (random rotation daily)
Hard link advertising on right side (logo and link)
Banner Ads at bottom
Address of property should be linked to mapquest to find where property is located.
Have tell a friend email link on every description page of property
Each listing should have a contact email button where an email can be sent right to the poster.
Admin:
-Should be able to add, delete or edit properties.
-Able to add states and city
-Change posting dollar amount and length of posting.
-Add advertising logo and link listings and banner ads.
-Can change wording on home page and about us page.
PayPal intergrated.
Adimn should be able to change paypal email when possible.
