Rentalcars reservation interface request integration, JSON format

We are a car rental company, and we need to do a xml connection interface with Rentalcars, that is an agency that send us reservation of new clients. The interface must be in JSON data-interchange format. Rentalcars will be able to create, manage and delete reservations directly threw this interface.
Our actual fleet management system cannot be integrated to this new interface, so we will need that any request to the interface work with a new data base (must create it). It is necessary to us, the capability to load many parameters as car availability, shops, rates, etc. by car models and days quantity, in some massive upload format (.csv file). So, we will manually maintain updated the car availability and other parameters. The interface will need to response to any request, based on the information of the massive upload file and some operating rules that we will define.
Also, it is necessary that the interface send us an email each time we receive a new, modification or cancellation of a reservation threw the interface.
The attached file ("Speedy...") have all the technical details for the correct integration of the interface, you must follow all the instructions.
The attached file ("Upload...") is an example of massive upload file with the necessary parameters.
Finally, it will be required to do some tests, with the three parts together, to be sure it is working fine without errors.
