I require changes to be made to my Wordpress Plugin (Budget: $150) - Please read attached documentation

Hey there, I've written a Wordpress plugin which allows a user to select a dynamic variation of weight - The customer can enter a set of weights and each weight will have its own set of validation. Example: Admin enters weights 100g, 300g, 500g and sets tags for products which will be available to these weights. Once a user selects either of these weights, a customer will only be able to chose a set amount of products. Example: 100g = 10 products, 300g = 30 etc. The admin should be able to set a dynamic value to weight so it can be anything and also a dynamic limit of validation for each variation. This plugin is already working like this, however I require changes to the functionality. Your job will be to understand the code already written and add to it with the requirements I set.
