Resize batch images and fit to canvas using imagemagik or others

Batch Image processing We need to generate image canvas and resize image to fit that canvas size. This can be done via imagemagick or gimp or any other script/program. The empty canvas space should be transparent - all files are to be saved as PNG. ###Task 1 Take the image that is there – and resize it to fit canvas - 4500 x 5700 px . Image proportion should not change . image should not stretch out of proportion. We will make the image to fit 100% height or 100% width. (Without distorting proportion)! If image is vertical – it will be center aligned. Where we make height 100% and the width becomes whatever is proportional. If image is Horizontal – it will be top aligned. Where we make width 100% and the height becomes whatever is proportional. To fit – we want to leave about 100px on the top side. [login to view URL] process will be saved as [login to view URL] All images are in a Linux server accessible via control prompt. We have installed Imagemagik but can also install additional scripts as per your need. You will have to create script and run on our server. I have attached a sample zip for you to do and post with your bid. ###Task 2 – Generate canvas 4300 x 4300 In this case – both image vertical and horizontal will be center aligned.
