Reverse image search and match from database supplying image name and hyperlink

I have a database of 100,000 images of football programme covers. I also have a webcam. When I place a known programme cover in front of the webcam, I want the software to tell me the image name from my database. Accuracy is a must. Previous working examples would help as well.
