Sales Process Automation Setup

I want our sales/outbound process to be automated. Our stack right now: prospects and leads are on noCRM, webex softphone calls, appointments are set though our wordpress website and its plugin WP booking calender + notification emails, microsoft calender forthe overview. Now, our pain is, that we do not have any reliable overview over both, leads and appointment times throughout he day/week. I believe best way to setup a good overview is via noCRM and either Zapier ot its API to whatever fits best. The goal of this small project is to build a n automated process to have all lead informations, the full pipeline, and all apointments on 1 view. Here’s what I expect when we’re done: - Think through and create an automated process with possible connections to all tools and automations through the full pipeline including a visually clear calender and automated reminders for call apointments. - Create the automatons and handle the process. - Process shall be simple yet reliable. the platform noCRM shall be center of the process
