Script To Crawl Google Search Result For Single Phrase

I have a site that's built in Javascript and required pre-rendering to get picked up by Google. That is - the pages need to be rendered in HTML and fed to Google as Google isn't seeing the JavaScript. Unfortunately the pre-rendering engine has failed on two occasions and when this happens the content on the site is lost to Google. I need to setup detection for this. Basically what I need developed is a system that will run a query for a sentence in quotes. If the query produces zero results then I need to be emailed with an alert of such. A sample query would be: "i want to set up detection for a google indexing fail" (with quotes - this is obviously just an example for concept) The system doesn't need to crawl for a single site - I just need to know if there are any results. The simplest way to find this would be to look for the phrase "No results found for" on the results page. Basically - the simplest path I can see would probably be to create a script that would visit: [login to view URL] Every day and if it finds the text "No results found for" send me an email. Ideally it would be written in PHP as I have a decent-enough knowledge of it that I could do basic edits to the phrase without breaking it. I don't need an admin interface but I do need to be able to change the term being searched in the event that the content changes. I can edit it via the PHP files (which is why I want it in PHP). I can setup a server just for this task if necessary. If it can be hosted with the site that's great but if not it's not a problem to host it on a separate server as long as it's one the client owns.
