Search and calculation hotel accommodation for existing DB

I need Search, calculation pages with search criteria
Hotel calculation page with filters
Reservation page
1) Search Window (City / Hotel) Search must be for City or hotel name
2) Check In Date
3) Check Out Date
4) Number of adults
5) Number of children (Children's age)
If the client select 2 children, should be open extra 2 windows where client have to select child age, the same for 3, 4, 5...
Search / Calculation Criteria
1) Search window (city / hotel)
If client choose City
calculation of all hotels with all room types all possible accommodation per hotel in the selected city
filters must be on the left side, presented with the result of search

DB has all data for the filters
Calculation of the cost for all possible accommodation (standard prices) + calculation with the promotion (if have)

When client find hotel what he need, he can click on the hotel, and hotel page must opens with the calculation of all types of rooms of the selected hotel

Calculation must use all periods of accommodation, as well as compulsory food (if any), promotions (if any)
There is DB with full data inside
if client do not have password to the website he can access as a guest, the price are higher then for the clients who have login and password, but the futures are the same
Note
DB update from offline DB
you can not change tables in existing DB
you can add extra tables, but you have to named it as: vbs_name
if admin will update DB, he will not delete tables starts with vbs_
