We are a home appliances service providing company. I want to get a service portal/app which should include following features
1. Android App for customer
The customer should be able to sign up with his phone number.
After login he would select the service from the list that we offer
Then he will select if the service is in warranty, out of warranty or AMC.
After selecting the option it will show the registered address of the customer. If he wants service on different address then he can enter new address. Customer should be able to upload his location through google map as well & create the job.
We will confirm the job from backend and assign it to one of our field staff. Customer should get push notification and sms that the job has been confirmed and he should be able to see the details of the staff in his app like photo, name & phone number.
After his job has been completed he should be able to review the field staff like 1 to 5 star and also enter comments.
2. Android app for field staff
We will create field staff login from backend and assign him jobs. We will also issue him stock/parts which will show in his app.
After logging in the field staff he will start his trip.
He will see the list of assigned jobs with all the details of the customer & location on map.
He will visit the customer address the fix the problem. After fixing the problem he create an invoice in which he will add the parts and add service charges. He will also take photo of the product and also take signature of the customer.
Parts consumed should deduct from his stock.
After completing all the jobs he will come back and stop his trip.
Backend feature will be like creating services, type of AMC, staff, customer, customer jobs and assign jobs to staff.
We should be able to track field staff’s live location from backend any time and summary of the trip.
At the end of the day we will take back the parts issued to the staff.
