BACKGROUND
Configuration of a dedicated ServiceNow instance using standard out of the box platform functionality. The outcome will enable the orchestration, visibility and management of a team and their work load across Europe.
The platform will have 7 core functional areas aligned to the requirements. Each functional area will be supported by standardized reports. Certain functional areas will be accessible via a self-service portal.
FUNCTIONAL AREAS
The 7 core functional areas: Resources, Scheduling, Knowledge, Pipeline, Practice Development, Events and Training. Each functional area will have a one or multiple forms and basic supporting workflow.
The initial scope requires the basic set up for the full 7 areas, but just detailed configuration effort for resources, pipeline and practice development.

Standard visual task board for assignment and allocation of activities.
OTHER INFORMATION
Portal: Portal to be configured to add new opportunities in pipeline or add new practice development task.
Data: Sample dummy data to be added. No real content.
Integration: No integrations needed.
Customisation/Scripting: None required, standard OOTB configuration.
Branding/Themes: Will be provided in addition.
