We are a small property & finance entity, we are about to launch two small virtual mortgage brokerages and we’d like to find someone that can assist in creating a default workflow beginning from identifying, marketing and on-boarding office based as well as remote HR.
We have recently signed into a package with “Avensure” providing support in setting up our initial documentation etc, we have also demo Cascade (HR) portal to provide a hub for our HR and also keep a tight administration on our finance professionals ensuring they meet compliance in terms of CPD, qualification and renewals.
We have a couple of brokers at the moment that we’d like to get up to speed in terms of the firms HR obligations.
We are looking for someone proactive that can help us really bring it all together, we believe we have built a good back end, it’s time we find the right team to really make things move forward.
Identify and establish a profile of who we are looking for.
Write advert and get it signed off by Avensure and compliance.
Set up a method of interviewing.
Set up the onboarding process and induction.
Complete Onboarding and set up targets and expectations.
Setting up reports,
We actually need someone in the short term, to set everything up, but once it’s set up, we'd like to have the benefit of perhaps setting up a set fee to onboard new HR in the long term.
We are always looking for working relationships where our passion is shared and the person can bring some good energy and personality into their function. Obviously, it’s very important that we get this right. :-)
