Setup EmonCMS and import energy data from csv files

Install [url removed, login to view] on my webserver. I will provide db and ftp access.
Create test feeds to put energy data into.
Create a .php script which reads historic data from a .csv and writes it to the database. Direct into the mySQL tables or over API.
.csv contains data like this:
time,z1,z2,z3
2016/6/24 12:07:00,12,32,11
2016/6/24 12:06:00,8,30,10
2016/6/24 12:05:00,6,27,11
2016/6/24 12:04:00,6,26,11
....
