I would like to implement to an existing WEB site shipping quotes (with insurance and registration in option) from web services of various shipping company (Europe only)
There is a need to take in consideration the weight and dimensions of the package ( the dimensions should be a admin option depending of the article)
The user should have the possibility to choose the shipping date, but by default it would be the next business day
If the package characteristics exceed the limits of the carrier, the user should be informed.
In option I would like a quote for implementation for printing the labels and tracking and for the user to be able to track his package.
The programming should be correctly commented

Regarding you comments, I would like to add that the price is not my first criteria for a provider selection.
The price can be discussed on a coherent basis.
