Simple CSS Navigation

I've attached a image of an existing CSS styled navigation which was produced using RapidWeaver on a Mac.
I need somone to reproduce this same styled CSS driven menu - which is very well commented so that I can add menu items/sub menu items/sub sub menu items very very easily - I mneed to be able to control all elements of the navigation and would prefer if but default there is no gap between menu and sub menu items as there seems to be in this image.
This is a very simple quick job for someone who is familiar with CSS, I would take the time to disect the code produced by RapidWeaver but I simply do not have the time to do it.
This project could easily lead to more work for someone with very good CSS skills and the right price!
