This is Simple PHP-Mysql Paypal & 2checkout [url removed, login to view] is very Urgent,needed within 2-3 days,Experience

At User Login Screen,I want Paypal & [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] do follow following steps
1. When I click "Not a member yet?"
2. I fill in the "Sign Up" information. Name, Address, Phone, email, etc.
3. There will be terms & conditions page. I Agree to the Terms
4. As soon as I "Agree to the Terms", I get to see a PayPal & 2CO link. I click on one of them and get sent
to the appropriate site.
5. I give them my CC information and am approved by them. If approved, I come back to Help Desk to a page
that says, "Thank You, we have received your membership. We will email your Username/Password to the address
you entered"
6. If I am not approved, I come back to Help Desk to a page that says "We are sorry, but your membership has
not been approved.
For PayPal, there is a pretty standard process for interaction between their sit and ours. For 2Co, you have
to tell me the correct URL to return if Approved/Not Approved. I have to encode that in the Product Record at
2CO.I will set up the Return feature as soon as you tell me the URL of the return web page.
