Simple Web Dashboard for sensor

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a simple web dashboard for a sensor project. The project requires the collection of distance data from the sensor. Using an MQTT Broker online (access provided), you have to connect via MQTT client websocket or MQTT API.
1.- Chart for visually displaying a distance (chart graph working as a level meter obtained value)
2.- Table with Date and Value (date and value obtained from the sensor)
3.- Config button, to put all the MQTT server data connection and topics subscription.
4.- There is a Data scheme already for receiven the data from MQTT
5.- Capable of sending a message to mqtt client in that topic
Design Preferences:
- I am open to suggestions for the design of the dashboard.
- You can use an already made dashboard framework as grafana
- Lavarel can be a plus.
- we will put webpage in a vultr instance.
Functionality:
- The dashboard should have both real-time monitoring and data reporting capabilities.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in web development and dashboard design
- Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of data visualization techniques
- Familiarity with real-time data streaming and reporting technologies
- Fixed price. No price change neither features.
