slides+voiceover=synchronized video

Need a wordpress plugin or web application created that will allow for a presentation file and a voiceover recording to be uploaded and it will sync both together. well, I'm a product launch specialist. Planning on launching this concept and can sell access to 1,000's of users within a couple of weeks. I think a wordpress plugin would be the simplest form, right? i need to integrate the licensing system that I use. Its called product dyno. a buyer purchases the plugin, gets a license key and installs and activates the plugin. He then would have to sign up for an account with IBM bluemix. Will the user be able to see the slides after he uploads them? And will the user be able to see and hear the video after syncing? And will the user be able to download an mp4 of the synced video?

So what about a web application with the supposed functions? I just feel like a plugin is easier to steal because someone who knows what they are doing can deactivate the licensing in the files of the plugin and sell or give away copies of it. How much would you charge me to do a web application with a user dashboard and an admin dashboard?
