small script install

Very small script install with some changes. Script [login to view URL] Script is working almost perfect but want to make few changes. 1. I set four different packages for user who wants to post, one of them is free, and problem is if I don’t set price listing doesn’t appear on website. 2. During signup business logo and email set as optional. 3. Current only jpeg image only allowed as logo, set more files also as gif and png files with auto resize. 4. I am able to set promotional code but doesn’t working when you enter it. 5. Need contact us form with pre selected and option subject. 6. Set one category names others, in that category user able to add/create sub category and post. My budget is $80.00. Half escrow half after testing. Thank you
