Squarespace - Website Customize - D

We need a professional who can customize a Squarespace ( [login to view URL] ) template website which I did using a squarespace template. The work is as follows: 20 pages that need to be customized in terms of re-aligning images, spacing such as: space between image and text box or between division lines and text box, creating a TOP button. A- We have designed everything, see attached PDF “visual” and detailed “written” instructions. Illustrator .ai files will be provided at later date if needed. B- You will start the project doing pages as described below in milestone payments (work progress review so that we both understand each other and communication is positive for each page completed) C- Before milestones are issued we need to be able to do any page updates or changes in order to test results, soon after you do your update work on template. D- We are a PC users Basic Requirements needed from Developer: E- English Fluency a must (direct communication with programmer) F- Experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, Expression Engine CMS G- Daily communication of progress (Email or viewable progress on website AND consistent updates through Freelancer for accounting purposes) H- Examples of prior work samples of website and portfolio I- Ability to meet deadlines J- Strong CMS background K- Familiarity with Blog & SEO Only paid after everything uploaded and job done excellent.
