Taxi booking Price calculation based on a specific zone

I am developing a taxi booking application where I want to implement a booking price calculation based on a specific area/coverage zone. I used google autocomplete search for pick and drop address. Please find some key feature I want to implement.
1. I should able to draw a circle, rectangle on google maps, based on a specific area.
2. Edit and delete that circle and rectangle.
3. Based on the pick and drop address on a taxi booking application, it will check, whether the input address is inside that specified zone or not.
