Trading View Widget or Library PHP Script

Hi Freelancers, I want to create the exact same graph (using a PHP script) as the attached image using trading view. I code myself, but I would appreciate a lil help if someone is familiar with this library or wants to dive into documentation.
I'm trying to use the "widget" feature ([login to view URL]) but drawing the green/red lines and points by code is not possible...
So probably a library is needed ([login to view URL]) and maybe I need to upgrade the account (I will do if freelancer tell me to) .
Im just looking for a piece of PHP script that I can integrate to my bigger development and just call a simple function like:
//this part ofc will be fetched from a DB by me...
