Troubleshoot Drupal installation

This is a repost of a project as we were let down by the Freelancer we chose for the first attempt.

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT FIX THE ISSUES.

We have moved our Drupal website to a new server, from a server backup. There are a few issues that need addressing.

Navigation throwing up errors on some pages

Cannot access Drupal Admin section.

Request new user password doesn't work

etc...

I would like you to investigate the cause of the issues and fix.

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT FIX THE ISSUES.

I would prefer if I can send you the complete backup of the Drupal project and you investigate on your server. If that is possible?

Failing that, I can send FTP and phpMyAdmin access.
