Add this sentence to the top of the page: “Remember to use your Promo Code or Gift Card Number to apply your discount to this order.”

Add the Promo Code Gift Card Field with the image of the card.

Placeholder text “PROMO CODE OR GIFT CARD NUMBER” and have it in red color #F17474, open sans semi-bold

Add Button “APPLY CODE”

When button is pushed the numbers change to apply $50.00 to pricing: see [login to view URL]

Code “[code goes here]” has been applied for $50.00

Form on the right changes adding these items:

The item name

Promo Applied (in red text)

Subtotal:

Choose Shipping Title

Economy Amount $10.97 (its free if it is 6 or 3 bottle options)

USPS Priority $19.69

UPS 2nd Day $21.51

Your Total:

Add: “this is not a subscription or membership program.” to below the security items and above the submit button.

Add striked out pricing for each item:

Buy 6 = $149.95 $99.95

Buy 3 = $99.95 $49.95

Buy 1 = $49.95 $0.00 (if they choose this option it will not discount with free shipping option like the other 2)

Radio buttons for 250mg/30ml options

Based on whether they chose 100mg/30ml or 250mg/30ml at the top of the page, the prices should be adjusted to reflect the following:

1 - 100mg/30ml bottle = $49.95

3 - 100mg/30ml bottles = $99.95

6 - 100mg/30ml bottles = $149.95

1 - 250mg/30ml bottle = $59.95

3 - 250mg/30ml bottles = $119.95

6 - 250mg/30ml bottles = $179.95

NOTE the 50.00 coupon will reflect the correct pricing weather or not they have selected 250mg or the 100mg

Images for the 3 sets will change too a 250mg bottle if they select that option.

Bottles Images for the 6,3,1 images will change depending on what option they choose. See the image on the right under the form for the bottles.
