updating my mysql database reservation system and copy of it

I need to do 2 things with my reservation system:

-first of all, if someone want to make reservation on current date (ex. today is [url removed, login to view] and person want to make booking on any of [url removed, login to view] hour) - they can't do it, and they must see the window with message (polish language) "Rezerwacje na gry odbywające się w dniu dzisiejszym mogą być dokonywane tylko telefonicznie pod numerem 669-101-922. Rezerwacji gier na inne terminy można dokonywać elektronicznie. Dziękujemy, ekipa Panic Room."

Guestes must see which hours are available in current day, but they cant make booking - they must also see this information (it says that reservation in current date day is only via telephone number"

- after that i need EXACTLTY copy of my reservation systme. independent , so i can have 2 reservation system runnning at 1 time. you must also installl it on my server - i will provide you access
