Upload process was written so that our techs can upload QA photos to our server. Form based entry and then photos are resized and renamed on upload. Photos are stored on server by info on form. YEAR/LOCATION/TECH/ACCOUNT#. Photos are also uploaded to THUMBS folder THUMBS/LOCATION/TECH/ACCOUNT#. [url removed, login to view] script reads the all photos stored and displays thumbnails from thumbs directory.
Current [url removed, login to view] script has been written and worked great until we switched to a new server. Had some timeout issues with FancyUpload. Did alot of research on the web and found that the problem may be do to how the JSON is written. I am not a programmer. I dabble here and there. The problem is that we had 2 differenct freelance programmers try to resolve the problem. The timeout issue was not resolved and in the process they messed up the [url removed, login to view] so the the uploads do not work correctly. So now there are three issues with the [url removed, login to view] script.
1. Timeour Error: 0 when uploading photos to our server. Even though timeout error occurs after every photo is uploaded the photos are making it to the server ok. So I don't think it is a redirect issue.
2. Thumbs directory issue. Somehow one of the programmers messed the code up so now the photos are uploaded to the thumbs directory but not into the subdirectories. Looking at the script it looks as though the mkdir lines have been removed. The photos are making it to the main directory ok and the subfolders are created there.
3. Email. Once photos are uploaded emails are to be sent to Supervisor assigned to the location. SUP email array is not working correctly and WEBMASTER email is not getting sent either.
NOTICE - You will not have FTP access to our server. Our IT department will not allow anyone to access server through FTP unless employed. I can email [url removed, login to view] and other scripts relating and then email back corrected script for trial on server. That is the best I can do for you.
