Hi, I hope what you are trying achieve is related to sharing privileges. Are you referring to Mail Manager as the emails? or the email which users send. In Vtiger 6.5 there is no privilege rule set to email already. You have to configure it. You mentioned about bug, could you please explain what is the exact scenario. I contributed to the Vtiger 7 for the newly introduced Create, Edit rule under ACL, so I'm familiar with the ACL. I hope I can help you let me know for further inquiry.
