vTiger CRM and QuickBooks Online Integration

Hi,
We are looking for a freelancer who have the knowledge of PHP framework, vTiger CRM and API.
We want to create a QuickBooks module for vTiger CRM. vTiger is an open source CRM. Documentation is available for creating QuickBooks API and we will provide you the documentation on how to define or create a module for vTiger CRM which will help you to pack the API function as a vTiger CRM module.
This module should be able to synchronise (2-Way) the data (contacts, invoices, organizations and others) between Quickbooks and vTiger CRM.
We will provide more information on this and for experienced freelancer the project estimate time frame is upto 5 to 8 hours.
