Job Description: Freelance WMS Software Developer with ERP Integration Expertise
We are seeking a skilled and experienced freelance software developer to design and develop a Warehouse Management System (WMS) software with ERP integration for our company. This project represents an exciting opportunity to create a comprehensive solution that will streamline our warehouse operations and seamlessly integrate with our existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our team to gather requirements and understand the specific needs of our warehouse operations.
Design and develop a user-friendly WMS software that aligns with industry best practices and supports efficient warehouse management processes.
Integrate the WMS software with our existing ERP system to enable real-time data synchronization and streamline information flow between departments.
Implement features such as inventory tracking, order fulfillment, receiving and shipping, barcode scanning, picking and packing, and reporting capabilities.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and system stability throughout the development process.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any bugs or issues before deployment.
Provide documentation and training materials for end-users to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new WMS software.
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing and implementing Warehouse Management Systems with ERP integration.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes, logistics, and supply chain operations.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages, such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with database management and integration technologies (e.g., SQL, REST APIs).
Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and the ability to integrate them seamlessly with the WMS software.
