Web Application in PHP/MySQL

We are software development company specialized in small business productivity tool in Finance, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting and Workflow application. We have around 27 years of domain experience in IT consulting. We need to develop a small application which will track automatic invoicing, receipts, credit notes and few reports for the association. Out client wants to develop an web application which will track the prospects/customers for licencing for copyright work. Prospects should be tracked on regular basis until they becomes customer and pays for the license based on tariff submitted by local representatives. System should keep track of license expiry date and alert the users for renewals automatically. Also regular customer follow-up for pending invoices, prospect follow-up for licencing should be generated by the system. All receipts from the customers should be entered regularly into the system. This will improve the process and will help association to focus on core activity of including the more number of customers in their purview. The new applications should have an easy to use look and feel with modern templates and themes compliant with the latest web frameworks. There should be tight user access level control. Details of the features and functionality is given in attached spreadsheet. We will be designing the prototype as we move ahead for few pending screens.
