Web Based Download Library

Due to a high volume of work we are looking for a freelancer to build a downloads library, enabling customer access to a library of downloadable files with a given unique code, and a management admin. The system will also be able to generate the codes.
It is basically a file upload/download/browser system with some protections and an access code generation system
FRONT END CUSTOMER FACING
- Branding/CSS will be handled in house
- User is presented with a download code entry field on the home page
- Upon entering their download code, if there is a match, the user is redirected to view the correct folder of downloads to view which will contain one or more files
- They can download the folder of files for that code as a .zip or as individual files
- The session allows them continued access to that folder while their browser is open but no other folders on the system can be viewed. If they close their browser or exit the site, they'd need to re-enter the download code but they could do this as many times as they want as each code is unique.
- Each Folder of downloads page also links back to the related "product" page on client website, to allow further browsing/shopping.
- Page Templates needed would be: Home/Code Entry, Folder Download Page
CLIENT ADMIN
- Password Protected Admin Area for use by authorised staff only
- The complete "Files" area folder structure can be browsed, and you can create/edit folders (each representing a publication) and upload individual files, for later download by customers.
- Against each folder in the structure, there would be a button to generate a new customer download code for access to that folder, or generate multiple codes at one time for that folder. These would be output as a list on a new page, or as a .CSV (spreadsheet) for later printing.
- You can also view a list of the previously generated codes for a given folder
- Information on folders including their product links, and generated access codes would be stored in a Database
- Page Templates needed: Admin Home/Login, Folder Browser, View Folder Details, Access Code Creation and Output, View Generated Codes for a Folder
