A web programmer

Hello, I am in need of someone who can assist me with developing and maintaining an online tutorial site. I came up with the idea for the site a couple of years back and at the time I had a family member assisting me with it. The program is almost complete with just a few changes that need to be made and some additions. I need someone who"s initiative, creative, committed and hardworking as well as someone who knows programming exceptionally well (everything from legal requirements to set up an online site to how much it will cost to do so). I would have loved to carry on using my current programmer but he is employed and cannot pay full attention to my site and that is why i have decided to look for a freelancer. There is just one problem though which i hope we can be able to solve, i do not have any funds (I am a student at The University of Johannesburg) therefore i will not be able to pay you BUT i might have a good business preposition for you. I you are able to program for me and and get the job done as i desire we can make a deal on all future profits made by the site, on condition that you are able to do what i desire and meet all my requirements for the site. (This can be seen as an extra job on the side) I'll be looking forward to hearing from you! The programming language is PHP on the codeigniter framework. Have a blessed day!
