Hello,
To begin the max budget is £200 if you are bidding above that don't waste your time or mine.
We are looking for a tool that works similar to: [login to view URL]
The idea of the tool is a search engine where when a number is searched it will create a page and allow people to rate the phone number and leave comments (to determine is it is a Spam call or not).
It will also be required to have a bulk upload feature for numbers and data too.
We will require a scraper to also be built to collect data from the competitor website listed above, This will then need to be fed into the website and updated.
When a number is added either by searching for it or bulk upload it will need to create a page, 99% of the traffic will come from search engines so it must create a page for every number.
We have a wordpress design we want to use but the platform does not have to be wordpress.
