I would like to integrate Whatsup with Bitrix24.
The project includes:
- allow the creation of a Communication Channel for the Bitrix24 Contact Center by registering all contacts in the Client's CRM;
- you should be able to have a service queue according to other existing channels in Bitrix24;
- create messages of welcome to the customer with options to direct the attendance through options that the customer will select (example: Type "1 - Technical Support" or "2 - Sales" and etc).
