Please read the full project description. If your bid does not convince me that you have read and understood the full project description and instructions, it will be ignored.
We want to use existing, well developed and actively maintained plugins, as much as possible. For the most part, what we need can be achieved with these. We are currently using WooCommerce, Ultimate Member, MyCRED and Gravity Forms for this project. It is a self hosted WordPress site.
I have already purchased, installed and set up the necessary plugins. If we need any add-ons (for GravityForms, for example), to facilitate completion of the project, I will purchase those, as well. I expect there will need to be a relatively small amount of custom coding.
At this point, we are up to the point at which the form data will be saved into the custom post type. I need someone to pick the project up from here, and complete the parts of the project, from creating the custom post type, through delivery of the completed PFS PDF product.
In your bid (or private message, if you prefer), let me know how you intend to accomplish the project, when you would be able to begin, the time-frame from start to complete, and the price (of course).
How the System Will Work
User creates account on website
User selects number of credits to purchase (10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, etc). The more credits they purchase, the lower the cost per credit. Credits are enabled by the MyCRED plugin, which works with WooCommerce to allow users to purchase the (downloadable) products on the site, using those credits.
We will have an approximately 150-200 question form, which the user will fill out, for each of their customers. The form will need to make simple calculations, with some of the answers. I am currently waiting on the final questionnaire, from my client. Until that is received, we are using a placeholder questionnaire form, and will use that for testing.
User can fill out the questionnaire, and save (in our system, not on their computer) as many as they want, for free.
We have used Gravity Forms, to create the PFS questionnaire. When the user saves the completed (or, partially completed, so they can return later to complete it) questionnaire, it will create a custom post type (we will call it PFS Draft). This will allow them to return later, to edit/complete the questionnaire and print/download (purchase) the completed PFS product, while allowing for multiple data sets, from the same form. This will also make it easy to make sure only the author of those posts (and admins) can view/edit those posts.
When they go to print the PFS (the final product), a credit is deducted from the user's balance. We are using MyCRED and Woocommerce to manage the credits, and allow the user to purchase products (currently, just the PFS product) using credits. If the user has a zero balance, they should be presented with a page/window/modal from which they can purchase additional credits, before continuing.
The final product, which the user will receive, will actually include 3 files.
1) A customized "Engagement Letter," from the user to their customer, which includes the user's logo, some info from their account (basically, the user's contact info), and the user's choice of header layout (this selection is done, when they register for an account. It is already included in the registration form I have created).
2) The completed PFS PDF.
3) A PDF (preferably, although this isn't required to be PDF) of the form data, as entered (questions and answers). Really, just a copy of the completed form.
Final product should be output as downloadable/printable PDFs. The PDF (particularly, the PFS PDF) needs to have specific positioning/spacing and sizing of fields and text on each page. I have a sample of what this looks like, which I can provide. The user should have the option of having the files emailed to them.
